Tomco Electric

Bend, OR

In celebration of its 50-year milestone, Tomco Electric partnered with Steele to design a new headquarters in the Juniper Ridge district of Bend. The resulting 18,560-square-foot facility was thoughtfully planned to support the company’s growth and operational needs for the next five decades and beyond.

The program includes a mix of collaborative and functional spaces: open and enclosed office areas, multiple meeting rooms, a dedicated fitness space, warehouse facilities, and a vehicle wash bay. The design emphasizes efficiency, flexibility, and future adaptability to support Tomco’s expanding workforce and service capabilities.

Situated within the Juniper Ridge master-planned development, the building’s exterior architecture was designed in alignment with the district’s design standards while reflecting Tomco’s brand identity and industrial roots. Durable materials, clean lines, and a cohesive architectural expression reinforce a modern, forward-looking workplace environment that honors the company’s longstanding legacy.
