Architect Level III
Steele Associates Architects (STEELE) is seeking new Architectural Team Members to join us at our firm in beautiful Bend, Oregon. STEELE is a rock solid, stable design firm with a 29-year history of designing a broad range of award-winning public and private projects throughout the western/southwestern states while strongly supporting our people with their professional and personal endeavors. Our reputation and relationships are earning us many wonderful new projects, and we need talented new Team Members to join us and provide our clients with the design and service excellence they have come to expect.

Education, Proficiency, and Attitude Requirements
- Passion and enthusiasm for architecture and sustainable design.
- Upbeat, positive attitude.
- Team player who loves collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
- A minimum of 8-years of experience.
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD Architecture, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong design, organization, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
- Ability to work to meet established deadlines.
- Working in our office with our team members.
