This project is a 120 unit independent living facility in the rolling hills of central California coast wine country. The building features extensive contemporary interior and exterior community spaces to provide resort style living for the tenants. Amenity spaces includes, outdoor pool and walking paths, workout facility, a variety of themed restaurants, game rooms, a cutting-edge theater, chapel, library, wine bar, and multiple lounges. The exterior of the building is a contemporary take of traditional Southern California materials including stucco and brick, the interior will be a modern design with touches of natural materials to create a warm and engaging environment.  The Independent Living is comprised of 4 stories of senior housing and amenity spaces for a total of 145,000 SF.
