Warm Springs, OR

Steele Associates Architects provided architectural design services for a 6,000 SF telecommunications facility for the Warm Springs Telecommunications Company. Steele Associates operated under the ARRA Broadband BIP program managed by the Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utility Service (RUS). Due to the aggressive nature of the construction schedule SAA proposed and orchestrated a CMGC approach for the construction of the project. The CMCG process which is recognized by ARRA and RUS was able to save the tribe and the project several weeks of time not having to go through a formal hard bid process and nail down a guaranteed maximum price for the project by the end of the design phase.
