BOND STREET GRILL

SAA designed this 2,300 SF bar and grill located on the first floor of the Bond Building (also designed by SAA) at the corner of Bond and Greenwood in downtown Bend. The theme has been described as “a welcoming atmosphere with an eclectic, Old English pub feel.”

HUMANE SOCIETY OF CENTRAL OREGON

Winner of the 2005 Bend Beautification Award, the entire lobby and main hall is a flowing display leading to the retail spaces and interactive animal display. The goal to create a captivating and comfortable environment for pet adoption has been wonderfully achieved by our client and community. SAA provided architectural services at a significantly reduced fee to help fund the project.

The Hanes Building is the Winner of a 2005 Building a Better Central Oregon Award for New Commercial & Enhancement to a Downtown. SAA designed this new 15,000 SF medical/mixed-use building for a Chiropractor. This contextual urban style building has been lauded by some as the best building in Downtown Prineville since the original Courthouse.
