Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center - Redmond, OR.
“Building a Better Central Oregon” Design Award

SAA designed this 300-acre, 33 million dollar facility that serves as a site for myriad activities with its indoor arena (seats 4000 for rodeos and 7,800 for concerts), conference facilities with dinner seating for 2000, auditorium with break out rooms, exhibit/multipurpose buildings, rodeo grounds, vending areas, carnival grounds, playing fields and park. The multipurpose facility consists of 16 buildings totaling more than 352,000 SF. The facility provides parking for up to 15,000 cars and can accommodate 5000 RV's. The project garnered a "Building a Better Central Oregon Award".
