SAA provided HTS (excavation/road construction contractor) with a phased master plan for their site. This 12,500 SF. building is located in the Brinson Business Park
in Bend. It features a flexible layout, articulated concrete masonry
bearing walls and accent cupolas on the roof (Click

SAA provided the Owner with site layout concepts to help determine options for the development of this industrial property.
