St. Clair Place - Bend, OR. SAA designed the renovation and remodel to this existing 25,000 SF. 3-story in-fill building in downtown Bend. The building features a two-story gallery/indoor street and is home to a restaurant, offices, and retail and loft apartments. (Click here for more information).
