The Point Building - Bend, Oregon

The Point is a 38,000 SF, three story shell building with excellent views. The challenging, steeply sloped site was turned into one of the projects greatest assets with an opportunity to create an unparalleled entry experience. The project design objectives were to create a unique and contemporary building while maintaining the aesthetic connection to the campus building style. Since the building is located on the prominent corner of the business park the design is grander; with its significant height difference; pedestrian entry bridge; beautifully landscaped outdoor space; unique metal panel cladding; and an elegantly detailed interior common area.
