Midstate Electric Cooperative Master Plan - LaPine, OR.

SAA is sustainably designing this 20-acre Master Plan to meet LEED Gold certification. The plan features an Administration Building (13,000 SF); a Warehouse/Vehicle Storage Building (22,000 SF); a Maintenance Vehicle Shop (13,000 SF); and an Equipment Storage Building (5,400 SF); a 100 car parking lot split into visitor and staff areas; and a service yard for maintenance vehicles and equipment. The work included programming for the entire facility, 3-D CADD vignettes, site and feasibility analysis, and site plan review and cost estimates.
