Steele Associates Architects
designed this highly articulated five-story, sustainable, 131,500
SF mixed-use building with a unique and timeless character befitting
its Downtown Bend location. It consists of a 50-car underground
parking structure, ground and second floor retail, third and fourth
floor offices and fifth floor condominiums. Features include stunning
mountain views, a five-story atrium, landscaped balconies, trellises,
custom railings depicting local mountain peak profiles, sustainable
design, and custom bronze castings of indigenous tree species that
adorn the locally quarried stone piers between storefronts at street
level.
