Century Trade Center - Bend, OR.

SAA designed this 54,000 SF. three phase Class "A" office campus in the Century Washington Center in Bend. SAA has taken advantage of the sloped site by locating 9,000 SF. of parking garages under each building at the daylight level. The buildings feature expressive masonry course-work, changing parapet lines, articulated massing, canopies to shelter key pedestrian routes and a pocket park along Century Drive.
